1. Validity Period:
The offer is valid only until 2:00 PM on the day of the purchase. Any participation after this time will not be eligible for the offer.
2. Non-Combining Offers:
This offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions or discounts.
3. Center Restriction:
The offer purchased for a specific city can only be redeemed at the gaming center in that city. It cannot be used at any other city’s center.
4. Game Maintenance:
Any game included in the offer may undergo scheduled or unscheduled maintenance without prior notice. This may affect your ability to use the offer.
5. No Refunds:
No refunds will be provided under this offer once the purchase has been made.
6. Offer Redemption:
The offer card is only valid for one week from the date of purchase, or until the offer period expires, whichever comes earlier. It must be redeemed within this time frame.
7. Wait Time:
The in-house wait time rules are applicable and will be followed in case of high demand or queue situations.
8. Management Rights:
The management reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the offer at their discretion at any time, without prior notice.
9. Non-Transferable:
The offer card is non-transferable and can only be used by the person to whom it was issued.
10. Winner Announcement:
The winner of the competition will be announced at the end of each month. Only participants who meet the competition criteria will be considered for winning.
11. Prize Restrictions:
Prizes will not be offered in the form of monetary value. Prizes will be in the form of goods or services, as determined by the management.
12. Prize Collection:
Winners must collect their prize within one month of the announcement date. Failure to collect the prize within this period will result in forfeiture.
13. Safety and Conduct:
All participants must adhere to the gaming center's safety rules and regulations. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive by the management will result in disqualification from the competition without the refund.
14. Liability:
The center is not responsible for any Lost, injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the competition to participate. Participation in the competition is at the participant’s own risk.
15. Data Privacy:
By entering the competition, participants consent to the use of their personal information for promotional purposes and agree to be contacted by the gaming center for future events, unless otherwise stated. All participant data will be handled in accordance with privacy regulations.
16. Disqualification:
Any participant found violating the rules of the competition or found engaging in fraudulent activity will be disqualified immediately. The organizers reserve the right to void any entry without explanation.
17. Publicity:
By entering the competition, participants agree to allow the use of their name, image, and likeness in any promotional materials, social media platforms, and advertisements related to the event without further compensation or consent.
18. Agreement to all T&C:
By entering the competition, participants consent to all T&C which is mentioned over here or to the future rules/ T&C which may be created by the organizers.
